The problem this replaced

Before this system, the top of the funnel was a person with a spreadsheet: search a district, copy names and numbers, check one by one against the CRM, then start messaging. It worked, but only when that person had a free afternoon. This pipeline replaced the afternoon.

The problem this replaced

At minimum two push campaigns a day per market, across seven markets, before counting email, in-app popups and banners. Every send used to be a chain of manual steps: name it, pick the segment, set the schedule, paste the copy, attach the creative, test, launch. One brief now fans out through all of it: one form, not one tool per channel.

A 3-phase maturity model

The two pipelines in the other tabs are Phase 1: the manual grind, automated. Phases 2 and 3 are where the practice is headed next.

Phase 2 is partly live today (LLM copy drafts, template creatives). Phase 3 is planned for later this year.
